By accessing or using HelpBot ("Service"), operated by CORTEX R&D LTD ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
HelpBot is an AI-powered IT helpdesk platform that provides automated ticket resolution, knowledge base management, and infrastructure monitoring for businesses. The Service is delivered as a cloud-based SaaS product.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is per endpoint per month. Payment is processed through our payment partner, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All billing inquiries should be directed to our support team.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed through Paddle.com.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, using the Service for illegal purposes, or interfering with other users' access to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service, including all software, content, and branding, is owned by CORTEX R&D LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business purposes during your active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORTEX R&D LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
