14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

CORTEX R&D LTD offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@questo.media within 14 days of your initial purchase. Please include your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

After the 14-Day Period

After the initial 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund for unused time remaining on your subscription.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in a billing period after cancellation.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• One-time services that have already been delivered
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
• Subscriptions that have been active for more than 90 days (except where required by law)
